This game was made for the MiniJam-96. 

The story

You are the assistant of the 'ruler of the underground' and with the help of your D20 (20-sided dice) you decide which soul survies and which stays in hell. However, thanks to a bug in the system, you now get money for every soul you save, and you lose money for every soul that stays in hell.

After you lose your 3 hearts, you get even more money But don't worry. You are already in hell. That means you can't die down here :)

Art used

The background sprites are Kings and Pigs from pixelfrog-assets. 
The font I used is Peaberry-Pixel-Font from emhuo.
The creature is made in the creature-mixer from kenney.

really great concept and use of the limitation, I think the game could use a screen that tells the player how the game is played
